Mike Cass is a shareholder at Swenson Lervick and has been practicing law in Minnesota since 2007. His practice focuses on real estate, business transactions, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and municipal law. Mike is certified as a Real Property Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Mike represents individuals, businesses, financial institutions, and local governments in a wide range of legal matters. His real estate practice includes residential and commercial transactions, real estate development, title issues, and property disputes. He also assists clients with business formation, acquisitions and sales, succession planning, and estate planning. Mike serves as an assistant city attorney for the City of Alexandria.
Originally from South Dakota, Mike earned his undergraduate degree from Saint John’s University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Before entering private practice, he served as a judicial law clerk in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District.
Mike and his wife have three children and enjoy being part of the Alexandria community. Outside the office, Mike enjoys waterskiing, running, woodworking, and spending time with his family.
